How we make our boba
We make and serve fresh boba every hour, which means cutting out all those preservatives. That's right, nada, zilch, no preservatives; we're keeping it au naturel.

Our boba is simply tapioca starch, water, and a touch of brown sugar, kneaded into dough, chopped up, boiled, thrown into a pot, and voilà!
